You will soon receive your serial number, expiration date and license key via e-mail. If you do not receive your e-mailed license key within 24 hours, contact Mentalix at (972) 423-9377 or info@mentalix.com .

1.For a new Fed Submit installation (does not apply to updates), you will need to download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and Microsoft Server 2008 R2 Express Edition.

2.Click here to download Fed Submit. (If your Internet connection is interrupted during downloading, you can resume your download without starting over by clicking on the software link again.)

3.Once the download completes, you can install by double-clicking on the Submit.exe file in Windows Explorer and following the instructions.
