For submitting electronic fingerprint & palm print records to Texas DPS

Mentalix's Fed Submit (TX) product is used by law enforcement agencies that submit criminal fingerprint transactions and arrest records to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).  Applicant cards can also be printed for mailing by organizations that must submit background checks to the Texas DPS -- e.g., for a person applying for a job at a police department or school district.  A specialized version of Mentalix's Fed Submit (Criminal) software, Fed Submit (TX) is tailored specifically to meet the requirements for Texas DPS submissions.  Widely used by Texas law enforcement agencies, Fed Submit (TX) was one of the first solutions in the state to offer transmission of encrypted fingerprint records via the Internet.

Mentalix is a Texas Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) Vendor (#1752188110600).  We also have a TXMAS contract, number TXMAS-10-84020.
