Fed Submit Live Scan Now Supports Class C Submissions in Texas

Texas DPS is now accepting the submission of Class C Misdemeanor offenses from Texas law enforcement agencies. The latest update of Fed Submit (TX) Live Scan systems enables this capability. Mentalix’s Texas customers can begin submitting Class C arrests, so that those fingerprint records are added to the state AFIS database for current and future comparisons. The submitted Class C offenses will be retained in the Texas Computerized Criminal History database.
